The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
Our military clinic remains open and we’re continuing to provide healthcare services. Scheduled appointments and procedures are proceeding as planned, and new appointments continue to be booked. All Active Duty Service Members must call Tricare East (Humana Military) at 1-800-444-5445 and tell them you need to switch your Primary Care Manager (PCM) to Army Health Clinic SOUTHCOM at DMIS 7239
 

Medical Records

Visit the Medical Records desk Mondays-Wednesdays, Fridays 0700-1500 and Thursdays 0700-1200 to in-process.  If you have paper medical records, they are typically mailed from your previous Military Treatment Facility (MTF), but if you have any paper records, please bring them with you.

Stop by the front desk and ask to in-process dental Mondays-Wednesdays, Fridays, 0700-1500, and Thursdays 0700-1200. If you have paper medical records, they are typically mailed from your previous Military Treatment Facility (MTF), but if you have any paper records, please bring them with you.
