Tricare Enrollment

All Active Duty Service Members must call Tricare East (Humana Military) at 1-800-444-5445 and tell them you need to switch your Primary Care Manager (PCM) to Army Health Clinic SOUTHCOM at DMIS 7239
 

Medical Records

Visit the Medical Records desk Mondays-Wednesdays, Fridays 0700-1500 and Thursdays 0700-1200 to in-process.  If you have paper medical records, they are typically mailed from your previous Military Treatment Facility (MTF), but if you have any paper records, please bring them with you.
 

Dental

Stop by the front desk and ask to in-process dental Mondays-Wednesdays, Fridays, 0700-1500, and Thursdays 0700-1200. If you have paper medical records, they are typically mailed from your previous Military Treatment Facility (MTF), but if you have any paper records, please bring them with you.
